Hospedagem La Serena

Quarto bem confortável, cama também. Ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro também. O porém é que a janela é virada para dentro do prédio, para a academia, então o ar acaba não circulando. Excelente estrutura, área da piscina muito bonita. No café da manhã tinham poucos funcionários fazendo as reposições, e algumas coisas deixavam a desejar na qualidade.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there.

Ficamos 4 dias hospedados e no geral a hospedagem foi boa. - Pontos positivos: Atendimento da recepção e cozinha foram excelentes. Jacuzzi e piscina aquecida - Pontos negativos: Longe da praia (quase 20’ andando), muitos pernilongos no hotel inteiro, inclusive eles entravam pela janela do quarto e do banheiro que não tinham vedação e o café da manhã foi excelente no primeiro dia, mas os outros dias, foi servido o que sobrou do dia anterior. Falamos na recepção e disseram que dependiam do gerente comprar as coisas.

A estadia em geral foi na media nada que atrapalhou em grande porte nossa viagem, optamos por escolher este hotel basicamente por sua localização informada neste aplicativo, que se dizia 100m da praia, mas um dia antes da viagem jogamos o nome do hotel no waze e tivemos a grande surpresa que o hotel era a 1km da praia, eles tem parceria com um hotel que disponibiliza de todos os serviços de praia entretanto não tínhamos planos de ficar a mercer do carro. O cafe da manhã é literalmente um quebra galho, fora isso correu tudo bem.

O hotel é uma graça, o quarto muito bom, mas tem brechas na vidraça que faz com que os pernilongos entrem dentro do quarto, esquece o wifi, tem televisão mas se você não rotear a internet do seu celular, não vai conseguir usar, a antena da TV basica é pessima, para usar a Hidro precisa reservar, mas faltou comunicação nessa parte, tudo é bem novinho, acho que podiam investir mais na estrutura.

Mt bom!

Agendei pelo hotéis.com e só depois vi que tinham algumas avaliações negativas (e recentes). Tive um pouco de receio quanto à isso, mas chegando no local, fiquei surpresa. O ambiente é bem aconchegante, limpinho e os colaboradores são extremamente educados e solicitos. Ficamos no quarto 5, ele tem um tamanho bom para um casal, o ar gelava bastante e a tv é enooorme. O banheiro também é ok, mas senti falta de um secador fixo (fica aqui a sugestão). Ponto negativo: a acústica não é tão boa e nossa janela ficava em frente à área kids. Aí, imagine… Fora isso, de infraestrutura, eles tem piscina quente e jacuzzi, um serviço de bar INCRÍVEL e o café da manhã é aquele básico que funciona. Deixo aqui meu ponto positivo para o bolo de tapioca, UMA DELÍCIA! No demais, falta vagas para estacionar e a localização deixa um pouco a desejar também, mas a rua é segura e o serviço de praia já compensa isso. Tivemos acesso a day use na pousada dos condes, os meninos da praia são bem atenciosos e os pedidos podem ser feios no WhatsApp que eles levam até as cadeirinhas na areia. Muito bom. Voltarei + vezes!

Bom hotel porém logo no check in , queriam cobrar novamente nossa estadia . Provei que na tinha sido pago pelo Hoteis.com mas a atendente não localizava o pagamento . 20 minutos de espera cansados da estrada , até que ela reconhecesse sim o pagamento . Quarto muito confortável apesar de somente um banheiro na parte inferior. Achamos um custo nos extras muito alto (porção de filet 300g por R$100,00) Bom serviço e ótimo café da manhã

Estadia péssima

O hotel é novo e sua estrutura é boa apesar de não ter elevador no local. Os quartos são bons tirando a parte de que a geladeira não gela e só tem duas tomadas, TODAS 220v. No primeiro dia que cheguei levei um susto, pois, eles informam que tem estacionamento e por obras da prefeitura (não fomos avisados) não tinha vaga para todos os carros e a rua não estava asfaltada cheia de lama, logo em seguida fomos entrar no quarto para relaxar depois desse episódio e não tinha água no hotel, até ai fomos indo. No segundo dia logo pela manhã fomos acordados pelo barulho das obras e em seguida chamados até a recepção para que tirassemos nosso carro das vagas do hotel, pois, iriam abrir um buraco na rua e depois não conseguiriamos sair, nós tiramos o carro na lama e voltamos apé deixando o carro na rua sem qualquer segurança, impedindo de que pudessemos passear a vontade. No dia que fomos embora tivemos que passar a HUMILHAÇÃO de levar todas as nossas malas na mão e pisando no barro até o carro que não estava perto, lembrando que ficamos 4 dias então eram muitas malas. Foi nos oferecido ir para a Pousada dos Condes que foi dito ser uma pousada parceira, porém, sem a mesma estrutura que pagamos e queriamos ao reservar este hotel. Fica também a indignação de quase nenhum funcionário no hotel, na parte da manhã tinha apenas 1 funcionário para café da manhã, recepção e limpeza.
