  • The mostly uncrowded beach was amazing during our long weekend away from the chaotic Sao Paulo! We accidentally rented a compact car with manual transmission (most have this) and no A/C! Silly gringo. Also the traffic leaving the city was a disaster but after that it wan an enjoyable road trip. Until we had to come back in to the city, that is. There is a reason the rich use helicopters! #blue

Magnifique résidence

Superbe séjour en famille et entre amis. Residence magnifique, tres confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel est tres sympathique et serviable.

Local como as fotos. Não existia serviço de praia disponível como anunciado . O local é agradável e a piscina muito boa . Adoramos ter acesso a bicicleta para passear. Acredito que a falta de limpeza diária e troca de toalhas possa ser um problema para estadias além de 2 noites .

Casa de condomínio super fofa, milimetricamente planejada e confortável. Apesar de serem um total de oito casas coladinhas uma na outra, tem bastante privacidade e todo mundo se respeita bem. Fui com outras três amigas para passarmos o fim de semana e adoramos todo o atendimento, estrutura do local, localização, todos os quartos terem seu próprio banheiro, vista da sacadinha do quarto e piscina. Único ponto são as baratas, no primeiro dia enfrentamos problemas, pois matamos umas três em menos de 40 minutos de check in, mas logo pela manhã ao informar para o caseiro ele já nos disponibilizou um inseticida e mais alguns panos de chão para colocarmos nas portas, foi prestativo e nos ajudou com o que precisamos! Voltaremos com certeza, obrigada.

Local agradável e bem localizado

O residencial é novo, muito bonitinho e bem localizado (perto de tudo). Está mobiliado e equipado com o suficiente p uma boa estadia. Infelizmente coisas q vão quebrando ou estragando não vão sendo consertadas. Há eletrodomésticos disponíveis p uso q carecem de tomadas adequadas a amperagem deles. A internet wi fi é captada das unidades vizinhas e não funciona bem no andar superior. Retornos do zelador e da equipe remota em SP são ágeis.

Espaço incrível. Apartamento ótimo, com estrutura perfeita, camas novas e colchões confortáveis. Parte da cozinha completa, com louças novas e de qualidade. E na rua do condomínio tem padaria, mercearia, lojinha, casa de bebidas, que dá para para ir a pé. Recomendo muito!

O Residencial é muito bonito, tem garagem, piscina, trata se de um sobrado bem bacana, o tamanho é muito bom. Possuí cozinha completa e lavanderia. Fácil acesso a praia. Pontos a melhorar: Roupa de cama e jogo de toalhas. Quanto aos colchões, vai de cada um, por se tratar de colchões de mola não nos adaptamos. Lembrando que não é um hotel é um Residencial. De todos que pesquisei nesta região de Maresias este foi o único que era completo, com cozinha e estacionamento.
