The property was fantastic! The staff was hands down the friendliest and so happy to help with anything. Our favorite bartender is Edwin, at the swim up bar...his fellow bartenders at the swim up bar were the kindest people. All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.

Friendly staff, good dining options

Staff is friendly and respectful. Safe environment inside hotel. Variety of food for all tastes and preferences included. The pool area has a beautiful view. It is amazing around sunset especially. Highly recommend staying here!

This property was clean, modern, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast out of this world. We ate in the restaurant one night as well and the food was good and well priced but the waitstaff was phenomenal!!! GREAT service. Thank you Amelia and Angel Jesus!!!

I traveled to Bayahibe for scuba diving, and hotel el Pulpo was 10 minutes away from the beach by walking. There is a shortcut to scuba caribe where I did my dive and excursion. I had an awesome stay, all the staff was super nice and I didn't have any problems. Especially the front desk lady was very kind serving fresh coffee every morning. My wife and I recently spent five nights at Bella Luna In their one bedroom apartment. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was good. The restaurants and nightlife around Bella Luna are great. The area is very safe and it was no problem to stroll late in the evening. I love this hotel! Room was big and very nice. Hotel is very clean, there were no mosquitoes, and they have a beautiful pool. Great location near Dominicos Beach and casino in front. The gentleman at the front desk at night was very helpful and friendly. All of the staff were great and nice (except the chef at the restaurant).

It’s a very unique spot to experience not only the local culture but people from all around the globe. Management was incredible, very attentive, flexible, kind and informative. My husband and I stayed only one night but we’ll like to come back with our kids so that they may also enjoy the unique experience.

I want to keep this hidden jewel a secret but it would not be fair. I travelled with a co-friend and we stayed here for 4 nights. The property is tucked away but opens up to a beautiful villa. Our rooms both included a bathroom and were very large and gave us space to be comfortable. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a common area to listen to music and play games.
