“Please make sure to send your ID prior to getting to the property or you will have a very hard time to get in. I didn’t know about this , I was contacted via Expedia the day off which I had no way to communicate, I had to get a SIM card to be able to reach the staff. Please install a SIM card if you don’t have international cellphone service .”

“This property is terrible. Our host was awful, the villa was outdated and dirty. The living room and kitchen were so hot you could barely stay in there past 5 min. The food was DISGUSTING. They tried to sell us a timeshare which was never disclosed. There were bedbugs in our villa and no phone to communicate with our host. There were locals there on day passes for majority of our stay and they crowded the pools, bars and buffets. The nice restaurants required pants, which no one told us about...
