"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The long wait times at some of the restaurants were frustrating, and there wasn’t much to do besides relax, so we occasionally felt bored. The food was okay, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options, although some dishes were more enjoyable than others. The staff experience was mixed; some employees were friendly and welcoming, while others seemed less enthusiastic. With shorter wait times, more activities, improved food options, and more consistent customer service, the overall experience could be even better. Despite these drawbacks, we appreciated the nice, clean room and enjoyed having time to relax."
