"The entire stay was incredible. Our butler Guzman was absolutely attentive and great at his job! The bartender Roberto in the lobby bar makes the best drinks! At the Club access pool by the beach, Joel and Santa make sure you are taken care of 24/7. The room service was excellent and always had fresh towels. The food at the steak house - churrasco and salmon was delicious. The hibachi was delicious. And we loved the lunch lamb and pasta at il bottacio. They have everything you could possibly ask for for their breakfast buffet and you can have it while looking at the beautiful ocean! Stunning views from see and sea buffet"

"We had a great stay here as a couple. The ocean-view rooms were amazing. Clean, good amenities, and very, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the 6 restaurants and plenty of bars available at the resort. Highly recommend and would come back here for sure. "

"Not really clean, Friendly staffs You need to remind them of the amenities you need multiple times and room service and room cleaning takes sooo long I left in the AM went back to the room to get changed around 3-4pm, room was still not cleaned. Wasnt sure if it was low staff as it wasnt the peak season, but even if i request cleaning service to be done by specific time, it was never met."

"Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests."
