Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Tijdens ons bezoek was het relatief rustig, wat zorgde voor een ontspannen sfeer. Wij verbleven in een junior suite, een ruime en schone kamer met een bubbelbad, wat een aangename toevoeging was. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. De prijzen voor eten en drinken bij het zwembad liggen aan de hoge kant. Het hotel beschikt daarnaast over een fine dining restaurant. Hier hebben wij zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt, waardoor wij daar geen beoordeling over kunnen geven. Voor wie liever niet in een bungalow in Sapanca verblijft, is dit hotel een uitstekend alternatief.

çok temiz, personeller çok ilgili ve kibar. Otel oldukça bakımlı ve konforlu. Yalnızca otel içinde yer alan restoranda özellikle canlı müzik varsa ses olabiliyor, küçük çocuklu aileler için.

Her yer tertemizdi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ilgiliydi, otel bohem tarzda çok hoş tasalanmış. Tek dezavantajı havuz saatlerinin 11-18 arası olması, o yüzden havuzu kullanamadık. Onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi

Normalde gittiğim otellere yorum yazmam ama o kadar harika bir deneyim oldu ki otelden çıkınca ilk işim yorum yazmak oldu. Uzun süredir gittiğim en iyi otel diyebilirim. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, odalar harika temiz, imkanlar fazlasıyla yeterli, konumu mükemmel. Herşeyiyle çok mutlu olduk teşekkür ederiz emekleriniz için. Umarım fiyat aynı kalır çünkü tekrar tekrar misafiriniz olmak isterim.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Havuz ve bahçe ambiyansı çok keyifliydi. Bahçeyi çok güzel dizayn etmişlerdi. Bu şıklık odalarda yetersiz kaldı maalesef. Aydınlatma kötüydü baya ortada bir salon lambası gibiydi. Bir duvar apliği ile bahçedeki özen odalara da yansıyabilirdi. Odada da kettle yoktu maalesef. En sıradan otelde bile bir çay kahve alanı oluyor. Ufak tefek eksikleri tamamlanınca çok daha başarılı bir konaklama deneyimine dönüşebilir.

Pislik ve böceklerle geçen tatil

Otel resimlerde çok güzel gibi dursada gece odaya girdiğimizde yatağın yanında ve tuvalet başta olmak üzere 5 tane hamam böceği öldürdük. İlk böceği gördüğümüzde otel görevlisi gelip gördü buna rağmen bocegi öldürüp gitti. Digerlerini gece uyuyamadığımız icin biz görüp oldurmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca yatağın altında pis tuvalet kagitlari doluydu. Bu otel icin 2 geceye bir dünya para ödemememize rağmen ne uyuyabildik ne de tatil yapabildik. Her an bir yerden böcek çıkacak diye huzursuz olduk. Asla gidecek kişilere tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Para tuzağı

Kötü ve para tuzağı bir otel. Satın alma öncesi otelle konuştuğumda odanın göl manzaralı olduğu söylenmişti ama odadan gölü görmek neredeyse imkansız. Ama en önemlisi aksam, sabah kahvaltısını sahurla değiştirme şansımız var mı diye sorduk olur dediler ama henüz karar vermediğimiz için oruç tutup tutmayacağımıza karar veririz o zaman dedik. Sonrasında oruç tutucaz falan demememize rağmen gece 2 de arayıp sahuru hazırladık yemeyecekseniz bunun parasını verin diye tartıştılar ve ücretsiz kahvaltı olmasına rağmen. Bir de oteli ücretsiz kahvaltı almama rağmen ilk e postada öyle gözüküp sonrakilerde ücretli kahvaltı gözükmesi var. Tek güzel şey yatağın çok rahat olmasıydı.Yan odada ne konuşuluyorsa duyuluyor. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel asla değil.
