Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and large. The shower was amazing and there was also a free Spa. The hotel is perfectly located next to the long covered shopping street and about 5 minutes to the Susukino area.

A comfortable hotel with a nice onsen that allows tattoos if small and can be covered by stickers provided by the hotel. Very close to the shopping streets but about a 10 min walk to Odori Park/Sapporo Tower and about 20 minutes to Sapporo Station.

There are many APA hotels but seemed like drivers were unfamiliar with that location. Odori Park was a few blocks away as well as the Tanukikoji Street. Very nice store in hotel with souvenirs and food items and drinks, owners were very sweet. Loved the onsen, very clean and relaxing. Great breakfast with nice staff.

The location was good and I chose this APA because I wanted to have a public bath facility. The bed and pillow were so comfortable and I slept so well. The room has good heating even though it was freezing outside. The shopping street is just one street over and the Sapporo tower is only 10 mins away. Overall, a great value for money.

They thought of everything. From the room amenities to the bath facilities to tasty breakfast featuring local produce. Superb location from shopping , seafood market, Odori park, subway and street car. Very efficient and courteous staff. Only draw back is the lack of temperature control in the room. It was overly warm. Fortunately , we were able to crack open the window to let some cool air in. Not the most eco friendly solution.

Overall is good. But for the environment, it is no need for providing the guests new towel everyday. And the location is convenient but takes over ten minutes to the nearest metro station on foot, in winter, better take taxi from Sapporo JR station
