お盆シーズンに札幌観光で使わせて頂きました。やはり日ハムブランドが前面に押し出たホテルなのもあってか札幌のホテルよりは外国人利用者が少ない感じで、非常に静かな環境で過ごすことができました。 設備も綺麗で掃除も行き届いており、駅からのアクセスも雨の日に傘を使わずに済む便利さで良かったです。 基本的にフロントには人がいないので、何でもかんでも尋ねないと解決しないという人よりは、ある程度旅慣れしている人が利用するホテルかなと思いました。

全てにおいて最新です チェックイン、アウトも対面式ではなくタッチパネルです。もちろんスタッフの方がいらっしゃるので教えて頂けます。お部屋のカードキーは自分の持っているSuicaなどの交通カードがカードキーとして使うことができ、なければカードキーを頂けます。アメニティはタッチパネルの右側に用意されてます。エレベターですが、カードキーを使うのは他のホテルと変わらないのですが、上手く読み込まないと、他の方が押した階に行ったりするので氣をつけてください。ウェルカムドリンクもありました。エスコンビューのお部屋だったので、夜景もキレイでした。野球ファンの方にはたまらないホテルですね。リピ確定です。2泊お世話になりました

ホテルの部屋については、洗面台がベッドの真横にあったり、バスタブはなくシャワーのみではあったりしたが、快適に過ごすことができた。 駅直結、１Fにコンビニがあるという点で便利。ただ、ホテルのチェックインが15時からしかできないこと、エレベーターの混雑（チェックイン、チェックアウト時間ともかなり待たされた）、エレベーターの設定や階段の使用（満員ならば他の階をスルーする設定にする、階段を使用できるようにする）等、改善の余地がある。チェックインの簡素化や、Suicaを部屋のキーとして利用することなど、便利な反面（それでもチェックインでかなり時間がかかる方も多く）、簡素化しすぎて分かりにくいのはいかがなものか（そして、説明も足りない）。アメニティも、何が用意されていて何が用意されていないのか、明示してもらいたい。 シャトルバスに乗る方や、時間の決まっている予定がある方は、チェックアウトの時間など、かなり余裕をもって出る必要がある。

施設は新しいし、エスコンの景色は素晴らしい。 バスタブが無くシャワーだけ。 またナイターの後疲れているのにエレベーターが2機しかなく、15分以上並んで待たされた。 チェックインも簡素化で部屋着を持っていく案内もなく、エレベーター待ちの際他の方が棚から持って行くのをみて気づいた。 朝食は予約していたのに、混雑で満席。15分以上廊下で待たされて順番が来てルームカードをかざすと予約が入っていなかった。時間が無かったから諦めたが朝から時間の無駄だった。どうやら 違うルームカードを渡されたらしい。後日返金のみで謝罪のサービスは無し。

エスコンの名を冠しているが日ハムとはほぼ関係ないため期待外れは否めない。 室内の設備もツインの部屋でシャワーのみでユニット、洗面台がベッドの隣（笑）とちょっと変な作りなど「どうしてこうなった」感を強く感じた。

コンパクトで泊まる目的だけなら十分満足できるホテルだと思います。 シャンプーやボディーソープが香りが素敵な 良いものが使われていました。 野球を見に行く際は、ホテル下の北広島駅からバスが出ているので便利でした。
