My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Sapporo skyline. The spa is great, too, and pairs with a beautiful lounging area. The hotel has a western aesthetic but it's a Japanese take on a western aesthetic which I think is kind of unique.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we are glad we booked it again. Staff are attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is amazing and really great as a case for exploring the city. The spa is now included and we made excellent use of it!

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and the one issue that arose during our stay was addressed by an amazing staff almost immediately. This is a wedding focused hotel, so it's quaint and very well maintained. It was also very close to the Sapporo TV tower and Odori park, which made it a perfect base for getting around the city..

This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again.

Spa was nice but very crowded when we visited in the evening after dinner. Room was very spacious, quiet and well equipped with comfortable beds. The complimentary PJs, coffee/tea and mineral water was a nice touch. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The airport bus pick up station was at ANA hotel next door so very practical to catch our flight next day. Overall, our stay in deluxe corner twins room was great value - would stay here again for short stay or night flying in/out.

The hotel itself is beautiful and conveniently located near many shops. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. When we asked about it, we were simply told to open the window. Once the window was open, the wind kept hitting something in the ceiling and making noise all night, so we didn’t sleep well. The same thing happened the second night. We were later told that the air conditioning wasn’t turned on during those days because it was cold outside. By the end of our stay, we were honestly just happy to leave. What made it even more frustrating is that as we were checking out around 10 a.m., the air conditioning suddenly started working.
