大通駅から地下街、狸小路商店街のアーケードをへそのまま日に当たることもなく雨に打たれることもなくホテルへアクセスでき、大変利便性が高い。 朝食も満足度高い。 客層は7月末の夏休み中だったが、中国や韓国の方が7割、3割が日本人といった感じ。 ホテルは清潔感もあり、ラウンジでプチ縁日体験もでき、大浴場？中浴場？もあり、また札幌を訪れた時は利用したいと思えるホテルだった。
