I originally booked Keio Plaza Sapporo for its convenience, especially for catching the JR train to the airport on my last day. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. it was great service at check in they are ready to help even when it rains saw the luggage wet they even wipe the luggage for us and help us get around always willing to help and thoughtful. hotel room is extra clean and spacious. location is perfect close to sapparo station.

Exceptionally courteous staff assisted us with our needs. We liked the hotel being a 5 minute walk to Sapporo station, and we also took an advantage of guest parking on site for daily fee. We enjoyed a double bed room which was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our Japan vacation.

The hotel is only a few blocks to the train station and underground shopping and dining. It is very convenient.

Great staff and willing to help someone that doesn’t know Japanese. Hotel room was always neat and stocked on things that were offered and used. It’s right by the Sapporo station and malls. Not too far from the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street. They also have a 7-eleven across the street as well!!
