Stede lå veldig nært sentrum, uten å være midt i gryta. Noe som passet oss perfekt. Rommet var stort nok til to personer, og badet hadde et romslig badekar. Om vi skal være litt pirkete, så kunne engelskkunnskapen til de ansatte vært litt bedre, men vi klarte å gjøre oss forstått allikevel. Stort pluss med butikk rett ved inngangen.

The location is convenient, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, with noticeable dark stains around the bottom of the shower. The toiletries were only partially refilled, and the toilet paper was also not fully replaced. The front desk service was another issue, as most staff spoke very little English, making communication difficult. When we asked for two umbrellas because of the rain, we were only given one. The location is the main advantage, with the subway about a 10-minute walk away and Tanukikoji Shopping Street about 15 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness and service need improvement. We would not stay here again.

8/20チェックイン、8/22チェックアウトの連泊で利用しました。 ホテルの場所や部屋の設備などは良かったのですが8/21に部屋にタオル交換とゴミ捨てに入られた従業員に自分で持参したリファの新品のドライヤーを盗まれました。 支配人にすぐ確認しましたが、翌日チェックアウト時に言い訳と謝罪で済まされました。 お客様の荷物を平気で盗難する従業員のいるホテルです。 不満しかないです。 盗んだドライヤー返して下さい。

朝食バイキングに海鮮丼・味噌ラーメン・スープカレーがあり、美味しくて子どもたちも大満足でした。 部屋もベッドも綺麗に整えられていて、お風呂も広い。ホテルの前にコンビニもあって便利。 また、ホテルの駐車場が1泊1800円(2026/8月現在)で駐車でき安心してレンタカーの旅ができました。 近隣にもコインパーキングはありますが、すすきのに近いため夜は満車になってました。

這次入住的是札幌坤特薩酒店，這間酒店相信都有一段歷史，因為都比較古舊，升降機關門速度也很快，但整潔程度是還可以的，只是房間一些角落會有塵，整理床需要通知，否則只會3日整理1次，好像有點懶。這間酒店也有值得稱讚的地方，就是早餐都算好吃，有魚生丼，丹麥吐司，北海道牛乳等等。房間內的風筒也很好用，雪櫃也夠冷，可以冷藏雪糕等東西。而且酒店也近中島公園站，所以還算是方便的！
