Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

昼間の荷物を預ける時の男性のスタッフが、とても無愛想で、無関心な感じでした 今、流行りの最低限のサービスの最新のシステムのホテルなのかとは思いますが　 ドライヤーが部屋にない　最低限のアメニティでした　立地場所も付近は夜は繁華街の、昼間でも道にゴミが散乱している残念な場所でした　めちゃくちゃ安いわけでもないので、2度目はないかなと思います

広さもあるし、バスは洗い場もあって、冷蔵庫も大きいので、少し長く滞在しても快適に過ごせそう。 マイナスポイントとして、グラスやマグカップのホコリが気になりました。 お風呂は外にしか照明がないようで、少し薄暗いのですが、もうちょっと明るい方が好みでした。

客室は広くて清潔ReFaのドライヤーも良かった。残念だったのは、上下分かれてるセパレートタイプのパジャマ2組のうち1組の方のズボンが無く、上2枚が1組としてセットされている状態でした。補充して欲しくても部屋には電話が無く、1階フロントは無人でしたので諦めました。
