It's really convenient for Chitose station (to Sapporo or the airport) and there's a decent amount of room in the unit itself. It's a bonus to have a washing machine and room to dry them. The Aeon supermarket and restaurants are close by. That's not to say it's perfect: (a) The road outside is quite noisy and the double glazing doesn't work well, (b) there's insufficient storage to hang clothes, and (c) having the hand sink next to the kitchen sink (and kitchen unit) is a strange one. However, all things considered, it was a good choice and there was minimal friction checking in and out.
