good hotel. better than was expecting based off the price! the room was clean, the bed was comfy the bathroom was clean and shower was great too. the location is amazing. super central and close to everything you want to see

The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight.

The gentleman that works evenings was particularly kind and friendly. The location couldn't be better. Parking was easy and the complimentary breakfast was great (that staff was excellent too). Would recommend!

Great centrally located hotel

We were only staying for one night but the facilties were just fine! Nice large room, staff super helpful, breakfast adequate. Location ideal for getting around. We used the bus to and from airport, bus stop a short walk away.

Excellent location in the centre of Old Town. Within easy walking distance of shops, bar's and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi.

Excellent location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Great breakfast. Only downside was reception lady. Really seemed like me checking in was a hassle for her as she sighed when I asked to have my passport back rather than leaving it with her.

The property is well situated, with most major attractions, museums and landmarks, within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and willing to offer assistance and/or information if required. The top floor rooms (one of which i stayed in) offer splendid views of the nearby mountain side. Interior room decor is slightly dated, but this is a very minor niggle. I would recommend this Hotel when staying in Sarajevo!

Great location

Great location. there was no gym though. That was in the neighbouring hotel (Euro) and it was low quality and the wifi in the Hotel Art was not great. Staff were very helpful though. Breakfast was good.

Easy check in and room was available early which was great. Small car park, squeezed between hotel art and hotel europe, but we did manage to get a space. Amazing views over the old town of Sarajevo and great location to explore. Be aware this hotel does NOT have a pool, even thlugh the description says it does. They allow you access to the pool and spa in the hotel next door if you ask for a pass. We had a suit room which was a decent size with a living room and bedroom. It had a large bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle (with water jets!) But the shower was dirty with some black mould around the edges. Breakfast was disappointing, quite basic and the cooked food was luke warm at best.

There were roaches in my room. Nothing else mattered to me. Room was spacious. The view from the room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though overcrowded when there were groups. Pool at Europe hotel a bit chilly

Just ok!

Check in was quick. Breakfast was very nice. However, the air-conditioning wasn't working. TV remote not working. Had to request for a fan but the staff member who brought the fan gave us attitude and was clearly not happy that she had to get us a fan. Location was great. Did alot of walking around....all tourist spots close by. Will not recommend this hotel to others due to the run down condition of the rooms

dated hotel with very poor service

The good: Location was great, had parking and the room was confortable and quiet. The BAD: No service at all: The minibar was not working, the shower sewer was clogged and nobody came to fix them during our stay. We asked for 2 additional pillows - got them the next morning. Breakfast was terrible - first day we got there and all the free tables were dirty/with plates and remains of food -nobody was cleaning them - The coffee machine did not work the 2 days- readymade coffee from a thermos was cold - the the offering was minimal and of poor quality (see photos at 8AM). The hotel says they have a pool and spa - well they do not - Guests can use the pool/spa of the hotel across the street but that is not the same. We complained a lot but they said they did not have service because it was a weekend ¿? Don't recommend
