"The Crown Isle Resort is our favorite place to stay in Courtenay. No matter which room we stay in we are always so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodations. Staff are friendly and always go out of their way to be sure we are taken care of."

"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt.
Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. This all in their “ocean view suite “
Finally, the wallpaper was torn, the room was outdated and the lamp didn’t work. When we brought it to the front desk attention their response was to give us 15% off our next visit if we call ahead.

"We are a family with 3 kids and we are never disappointed by the bayview. We love the pool and waterslide , the breakfast and the location, and rhe staff were extremely friendly. Beds were comfy, rooms quiet, hallways were quiet. We will be back next time we come to visit our family in the area. "
