“I want to acknowledge Michaela at the concierge desk in particular. When we needed a boat for the day, she understood immediately that I required one fully protected from the glare, and she would not stop until she found it, entirely within our budget. She stayed a full extra hour working on this, with a genuine smile the whole time (still not sure how she managed both). She then walked us to the boat with water in hand, and was there to greet us again at the end of the day. That is not a job...
