"Room was loud due the their AC units being outside the window. The safe didn’t work, there was no soap or shampoo. They charged a bar bill when I did not use their bar. Worst stay by far"

"Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we got to our room we discovered mold all over the bathroom ceiling, as well as the drywall ceiling caving in. There was mold in the shower as well. Tv didnt work. No laundry facility. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 on the weekend, putting a damper on our schedule. Wont book again "

"Had the worst experience at this place the front desk wasn't professional walked around with a clipboard and did absolutely nothing. There were unattended children running around everywhere making a lot of noise and the front office stayed locked the entire time. We drove five hours to get to Fresno and was very tired from our trip and that was the service we got from this hotel!"

"Staff was far from friendly. I was left feeling like an inconvenience when checking in. Area around the hotel is dirty and quite literally smells like a public toilet. Un-housed people loitering the parking lot and surrounding area. Moderately clean given the area. "

"Dirty! From floor to sheets. Our sheets were dirty. The tub had splashes of what appeared throw up next to toilet. Towels were so worn out and small. Do not recommend this place at all."
