"I will never stay at this property ever again. The room did not feel clean. I could not sleep because I just didn’t feel comfortable. The bed had hair in the sheets. Know Not my hair because as I lifted the blanket hair strands visible. And more hair strands on the ground unswept floor. The shower tile was gross, did not put my bare feet on the ground. Saw some roaches. No bars to hang clothes. Luckily I had my own towels and blanket to sit on. The property is only 2 blocks walk to courthouse. And at night it is very well lit. So it felt less spooky with no dark corners. And free parking! "

"We had a very disappointing experience at this motel. When we arrived, the hostess immediately gave us a hard time about checking in online. We had followed the instructions from the text message La Quinta sent and completed early check-in, but because we had two rooms she was upset that we didn’t specifically tell her we had checked in online. The property itself was also in poor condition. The exterior looked dirty and run down. It’s a three story building and none of the elevators were working. We walked around the property trying to find one that worked and even found a transient person sleeping in one of the stairwells, which was concerning. Once we finally made it to our rooms, things didn’t improve. The rooms smelled strongly like over-washed carpets, and the carpets clearly weren’t very clean my kids’ white socks turned filthy just from walking on them. One room had a mini fridge while the other had no fridge at all. The walls are extremely thin. I could clearly hear our neighbor singing in the shower, and there was constant noise from the parking lot throughout the night. The only positive is that it’s close to downtown, but that’s about it. If you’re coming for the wrestling tournament, just be aware that this motel is pretty rough and there’s nothing particularly nice about it."

"I was told at check in after I had prepaid and checked in online as requested. I got to the hotel around 6pm to check in. I was told my room was already sold and they sold out of a two queen bed rooms. Mind you I had pre paid for the room a week prior. I waited about 15 minutes while the receptionist worked on the computer she gave me a key and said she found me a room. I went to the room and it was already occupied by people. Yes I walked into people in their room with the key given to me!! Horrifying! Then I went back to the receptionist and was told I only had a room if I took the one king bed. So my family had to stay in a room with one bed Ana horrible pill out couch. The pull out couch had soiled sheets rolled up in it. The face towel was also used. We were 6 hours away from home it was getting late. I was unfamiliar with the area and really had no other choice but to stay. I will never again book with Wyndham again. Do not make the same mistake and stay here at this hotel or any Wyndham on that matter. "

"The staff was very kind and welcoming despite being very busy upon my arrival. The area was a little rough but the hotel itself was well maintained and I felt safe and was able to rest well. "
