"This hotel is my favorite to stay at in Tokyo. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The staff is incredibly friendly. It is quiet at night, and has plenty of restaurants and a conbini within just a couple minutes walk. It is also super close to the Ikebukuro metropolitan exit. The convenience can't be beat."

"There was a laundry room in the hotel so it was handy. Not too far from JR ginza line so transport was good. There was no fridge in the room but not a major."

"Very Lively area. Nearby shops and train station East exit. I went there using Airport limousine but got the taxi to Nippori and then skyliner when going home. The receptionist area is very helpful and friendly especially when we went home. Helped us book a taxi since it was raining very hard. We got the room with breakfast at Denys."

"Hotel was fine…convenient for its location by having a mall attached, and a stop for airport coach right at the front entrance of property…however, I think hotel management should have the consideration to the customer’s emergency situation…I prepaid my booking in advance…this was not my only stay…at least, this was my 2nd time (in January) within 3 months…this time, my hometown was hit by a severe snow storm…airport was completely shut down for days…road conditions were not safe to drive at all for a week and more…schools were closed for the same…some people just work at home due to the factors of after storm conditions especially with ice rain…so I decided to cancel the trip after just stayed for 1 day instead of staying for the whole time that I prepaid for…otherwise I would be stuck in Japanese for a long time…checked with Expedia, I was told that I need to check directly with the hotel…so spoke with the property manager for refunding the unused days due to the unexpected circumstances instead of getting stranded here in Japanese with the unknown duration for the storm but was declined…I would think that Expedia should help on customers to communicate with the hotel, and the management of the hotel should give the consideration of these abnormal circumstances…especially it was on the news everywhere about the weather problems…being a loyal customer, I do feel that it was a very disservicing and disappointing experiences."

"Amazing hotel, we booked the junior suite which came with lots of complimentary extras that made us feel very special. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel also has a bus service to the airport and kept our bags after checkout which made it very easy for our last day in Japan. Highly recommended to start or finish a holiday in Japan."

"Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, made to order omelettes. Great location. Fun to explore. Good sided room for Japan. Close to public transport. And Don Quixote 24 hr store. Easy to access major sights"
