The Tv was a smart tv but could not get terrestrial channels so could not watch the euro football. Also unable to change the settings from German to English language. The area around the steam room is little shabby but this didn’t spoil our stay."

"The low rating is not really about the lift being broken. It was no fun carrying luggage to the third floor though. The real concern is the staff being unavailable and difficult. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon. Otherwise they are unavailable. No one on site, but also no one reachable by phone except for a small window in the afternoon. We had to call for the code for the room - they only provided the code to enter the property. They did not provide the WI-FI password,...
