Lors de notre arrivée, personne pour s’occuper de nous, pas de réponse au numéro de téléphone, après plus de 30 minutes d’attente nous sommes parti trouver un autre hôtel pour passer la nuit, nous demandons le remboursement complet de $118,43 payé le 21 août 2023 sur Visa .
