"Our first room had a very wet floor and only room for one of the children so we called the service desk and they rectified the situation in minutes. They moved us into a beautiful room and helped us get settled in. The staff at the front desk also helped us plan our stay there. The staff in the kitchen was wonderful. We had bought a meal that needed to be reheated and they graciously did it for us. Our breakfast was great for all of the days as well. The bus stop is right outside of the door and minutes away from the town. We loved it and would stay here again. "

"This is an exception property all around! Houseyn and Liu (pardon my spelling) at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our tour to Mount Pilatus, as well as making sure our 4 year old son Adrian was happy. (He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return! "
