Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. “This is a charming hotel. The room was comfortable, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a Deluxe room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was delightful. It overlooked the Piazza Fontana and then across the Ponte di Porta Napoli toward the train station. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the historic section of Taranto. ”

“I booked for 28 days for work. The location is phenomenal, right in the middle of the city center. Alessio and Claudia were so kind and accommodating. Claudia prepared my breakfast fresh every morning with eggs, fruit , croissant, coffee, and water. Alessio, provided suggestions for food and sites to visit and took care of any issue very quickly. Alessio and Claudia made my stay in Taranto much more memorable and enjoyable. I thank them for everything they did. ”
