"no real complaints....I understand they are short on staff. I did have to go to guest srvs to request coffee cups (only plastic was in room). Also the coffee machine tray had water in it (ok, I cleaned it). Main thing is the clock alarm sounded at 6am and I'd only gotten to sleep at 2:30 (insomnia). I did ask upon leaving that they remind staff to check the clocks. Also, the TV is a pain to get working. Not an Apple fan."

"Great location by the Soo Lock tours. Room was recently renovated and nicely appointed. Especially love the freighter photograph artwork. Great Bait shop for fisherman, amazing inventory."

"Being under extreme renovation was a bit disruptive and main elevators were not usable. But staff were great, room was nice and very quiet, and location was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!"
