"Enjoyed the stays "

"The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "

"Reception, service and restaurant stuffs were very kind and friendly. I had difficulties with Ola driver due to extended area. Reception helped me and arranged driver at very fair condition. Also helped me about city sightseeing. I enjoyed staying with friendly atmosphere. Thank you"

"Clean hotel in a nice neighborhood."

"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area. Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact. Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated. Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "
