"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "

"Beautiful place . Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there. At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice. I recommend to everyone."

"First time in Morocco and we had the most wonderful stay! The riad has a truly beautiful interior. From the very start Sihame was so helpful as was all the reception and staff. We were given a wonderful room. We felt right at home from the minute we stepped in. The room was lovely, very clean and thankfully v cool and the bathroom products. Wow! We booked an atlas mountain tour through the Road and it was worth every penny. Food was lovely. I really cannot fault Riad Ksar Annika. A bonus...the airport transfer / taxi can park right outside the front door. Huge bonus in the medina. Trust me. Thank you to you all. We will be back. We have found a new travel family and have already recommended you to friends and family. "

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "
