“Two of three rooms I reserved for my family were great in terms of front view. The location and shape of building were very strange as it used to be some kind of industrial plant. Car park was mile away from the reception and you cannot bring your car in front of main building. We were all wet when we checked out on rainy day. Worst part was an impolite and ignorant girl receptionist, who worsened whole image of the hotel, anyway.”

“A great hotel with views of Vesuvius. Staff were first class. Good sized room. All spotlessly clean. Huge grounds in which to walk or relax. Pool with loungers & towels supplied plus the poolside bar. On site parking with buggies available to bring luggage to or from your car. Also courtesy bus from the nearest station (free) or the airport (chargeable). Good breakfast buffet. We didn't try the restaurant. Good location for visiting Pompeii or Herculaneum. ”

“The Hotel San Francesco is a beautiful property located across the main drive in Maiori from the bay. Our room was large and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. I would suggest a room with view of the Mediterranean Sea on the 3rd floor or higher. The staff are professional and friendly and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. The main beach view street in Maiori is absolutely charming and the water taxi service to Amalfi is super fun and runs like clockwork. We highly...

“If you want to stay near Naples, I'd highly like to recommend this hotel. First it is located in a quiet and visitor friendly city where many wonderful restaurants are within just 10 minutes of walking. Second the hotel itself has very nice views you can enjoy. Third you can access to Naples, Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii and Amalfi very easily because its location is almost the center of them. “Ravello is a quaint and elegant little town, unlike the bustling Amalfi. I think the Garden Hotel is the hotel with the best view in Ravello. And the bus to Amalfi stops right in front of the hotel, making accessibility very easy. The staff is very friendly, and the Garden Hotel's bar and swimming pool offer the best views. The restaurant was also very satisfactory and excellent. If you are planning on staying in Ravello, I highly recommend it.”
