“Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend and will be back in future, thankyou so much!”

I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. “Standard room = way below basic Room was terrible, like stepping back iinto 1980. Bed gave us sore back, room was boiling hot but they did provide a fan which helped blow the warm air around the room. Shower cubicle tiny and did not have a shelf to hold my toiletries . Without a doubt this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not return.”
