"A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "

"We were there for the second time, liked it the first time but won't be coming back.
1) They seemed more supportive of a big wedding party than individual guests, which didn't exactly leave us feeling welcome. While checking in (but only because we asked!), they informed us that the entire patio area was booked for Sat. night, which was exactly when we wanted to sit out there. Showed no flexibility or interest in finding a solution, like maybe carving out a corner for other paying guests....
