"Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber und macht einen sehr familienfreundlichen Eindruck. Als größerer Mensch jedoch nur bedingt empfehlenswert (niedrige Deckenhöhe), Dusche/Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Halbpension war gut und abwechslungsreich aber z. B. war der Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sehr klebrig."

"Firstly I received a call from a person from the hotel on the day of arrival that they are overbooked and wanted to offer me other hotel instead. I defined as I wanted to stay there for a good facilities they had. Then we arrived to hotel and most of wellness facilities weren’t working. Only one sauna of 4 was working and all water supply was broken, so after sauna you couldn’t take any cold shower. That was really annoying as we primarily wanted to stay there because of facilities. The decor in the downstairs restaurant was absolutely beautiful and warm and cozy. The food was magnificent. Everything was an excellent quality and I love how so much of the food contained the herbs and vegetables from their garden."
