"A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. "Place was really nice and staff was wonderful!! Was in a very chill location. Breakfast was lite but very good and the staff at breakfast was the sweetest. My one thing about the hotel that I didn’t like was the shower. It was very tight. Room was spacious but shower tight. Small enough that shower curtain would stick too me which I hated. If I bent over to pick up something off the floor my butt would hit the knob to change temp of shower. lol lol I would recommend this place though because of the many other great things. "

"Breakfast was excellent - fantastic and extensive options. The pool and spa area was lovely. Fruit, snacks, tea and coffee was always available. The shuttle was extremely handy for getting around town. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were for the most part helpful and friendly. "

"The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!"
