The staff @ Black Rock were unbelievably kind when I arrived one day late for a two night stay by not charging me for the missed booking date and allowing me to stay the additional night without hassle. Absolutely loved stay at Black Rock. If you get the chance a must is the Lighthouse Loop walk. "

"We loved our suite in the beach house top right. View of sand and ocean. Yes slightly dated but we appreciated the space, view and comfortable bed. This is a great place to stay if you love walking to a few beaches right from your accommodations."

"A quiet place to relax - minutes away from the harbour and all the activities. Reception staff were extremely helpful. There is no restaurant within the facility, but there are numerous options within a few minutes of walking distance. The view of the ocean from the room and balcony was spectacular. All the famous beaches are some 10-15 minutes drive away. Also Ucluelet and the Wild Pacific trail is about 30 minutes drive from this property."
