"We had absolutely no hot water and there was no one at front desk to speak to about the issue! It was 32 degrees outside it would have been nice to take a hot shower but no such luck! Bathrooms also need updating there’s rust and water didn’t go down in tub!!!"

The continental breakfast food was always fresh and the area for waffles was always clean and attended by the staff. The common restrooms on the first floor were immaculate at all times!"
