"Very clean! No bugs or anything ! Accommodating staff and very helpful. No amenities or breakfast though ! "

"In my opinion, this hotel is a reasonable place to stay for the price - just be prepared that you may not get a shuttle and that the staff are not very attentive. We signed up for the 5am shuttle at when we arrived in the lobby at 4:50pm, we were informed that the shuttle had already left and that we should have been down 20 minutes earlier. We were not told that, and if the 5:00am shuttle is actually the 4:40am shuttle, then why not call it that to reduce confusion? There are only six spots per shuttle run, which happens every 30 minutes. So if you aren't part of the first six for the time you need, chances are you are going to need to call an Uber, which is what we did. The hotel itself is not bad. The lobby has been updated but that's where it stops. The room we were in was dark and damp and had peeling paint on some of the walls. That said, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was quiet and we paid around $170USD for two rooms with two beds in each."

"Breakfast was fresh each morning and dutifully attended to. The staff were very attentive to each guests needs."

"The place seemed cleaned but we were put on 4th floor with the elevator broken so had to bring 3 luggage bags up flights of stairs and back down. The fridge was broken and told the employee who seemed annoyed that we were bugging her. Air didnt remove the humidity in the room. Last thing was the air fresheners they use in the hall way was so over powering it went into are room and gave us all bad headaches."

"Amazing!!! The hotel looked clean, smelled clean/refreshing, and was actually clean. We always do a wipe down of surfaces with Clorox wipes and Lysol Sprays—let’s just say the surfaces were clean!!!! The room decor was modern, almost sound proof (loud noise outside from the freeway—but you can’t hear it from the inside), and overall a 5 star for a quick overnight or a few nights if you’re in the area. First time in the area and it appears this is a Texas chain? We drove pass an old version closer to downtown Houston and realized it was the same hotel brand. The upgrades/updates were 10/10 for the one we stayed!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "
