The frig wasn’t working. It was plugged in but was warm. The remote control barely worked and I wasn’t able to take the back off to change the batteries. It was also extremely muggy in the hallways and elevator "

We called her again to tell her and she basically said the panel had gone out and ongoing issue but there was nothing they could do about it. She said they didn’t have other rooms and couldn’t refund us. Miserable sleep,‘humid room that stunk, and overall, wouldn’t recommend. "
