Great stay for a night enroute to UK from Sweden. A meal in the hotel restaurant/beer garden was a bonus. Convenient access from motorway and easy parking. Ticked all boxes.

A great place to stay.

Incredibly helpful staff. Amazing food from the restaurant (room service). The venison is a must. Rooms are bright and airy and the beds are so comfortable you dont want to get up. Lovely attitude to people with pets and some lovely walks close to the hotel. Definitely a peaceful stop before heading into the chaos of German motorways.

Sehr schönes ,ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer.Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. FRÜHSTÜCKSBUFFET mega,es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Kleine Anmerkung dennoch : Die Betten sind etwas schmal ,vielleicht doch an - 1m Breite - für gut Proportionierte denken.

Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, welches ich immer wieder gerne buche, wenn es mich in die Gegend von Schüttorf bzw. Bad Bentheim verschlägt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Bett sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel Nickisch ist für mich die erste Wahl, wenn es in diese Region geht. Ich freue mich auf das Erlebnis in den neu gebauten Zimmern ...

Das Hotel hat VOLLE Stornierungskosten erhoben und trotz mehrfachen Ersuchens, auf die gesamte Summe für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt bestanden, weil ich wegen akuter Corona-Infektion nicht fristgerecht stornieren konnte. Argumentiert wird, dass es am Buchungsportal läge, Expedia bestätigt mir aber, das es ausschließlich am guten Willen des Hotels liegt. Wäre es dem Hotellier lieber gewesen, ich wäre trotz und mit Corona angereist? Schade, hatte früher dort schon angenehme Aufenthalte.
