"신축에 기차역에서 아주 가깝고 직원들도 친절해요. "

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, within a walking distance to the lake or the main train station, or a few minutes' bus ride. The bus stop is very close. The area is safe even late in the evening. The Korean lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with fresh food. The room was small with little storage space as one would expect from an Ibis hotel. Our room had a small balcony with was nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room floor was not very clean, though, somewhat dusty with some debris. The carpet in the hallway also looked somewhat dated."

"성수기긴 했지만 꽤나 비싼 가격에 호수뷰도 아니고 뒷골목 길이여서 뷰는 정말 별로였고 좋게 이야기하면 오래된 전통을 가지고 있는 디자인이나 시설이라고 할 수 있지만 러그 때문인지 오래된 건물의 습한 냄새가 좋지는 않고 방에도 오래된 느낌의 냄새가 편안한 경우가 있으나 그렇지는 않았습니다."

"프런트 한층 올라가서 짐 보관하는 곳 옆방으로 배정받아서 사람들 오고 가는 소리 다 들리고 방음이 안되었음.. 밖 외부소리도 다 들림 옷 걸어두는 장 먼지가득했음. 조명이 너무 어둡다. 루체른 기차역이랑은 도보로 한 15분 걸림. 숙소 바로앞 마트 있어서 편함 캐리어 끌기에 돌바닥이라서 힘듦."
