This place was in sort of an industrial area. There isn't much nearby except a gas station, store and one restaurant. We stayed here because it was cheap and a 15 minute ride to Hampton Beach. We found it OK, but others who are a bit picky may not.

Nice enough area though traffic is backed up a lot. Shopping and restaurants. The neighborhoods are nice.
