โWe have been to the Mainsail 4 times, the penultimate time being in 2019. Before, it was cleaner. Inside the room: Ceiling fan is full of dust, the air conditioning blades too, the bottom of the shower curtain is very dirty. The staff only changes the towels, but a good sweeper to pick up the sand would be nice. The exterior is perfect. Parking is very good and everything is secure.โ
โI loved my stay here. The staff was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The pool isnโt heated, but being on the roof and directly on the sun the water is warm. I also loved this is a no smoking property because then I didnโt have to wake up and walk out into puffs of smoke. The property is also so clean. I loved that. โAmazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. โ

Located right on the beach, you can walk to the board walk and the sand. Local shops offer fast food and indoor upscale dining within walking distance. The beach has a stage and half shell which had bands each night. Fireworks on Wednesday night. Balcony on many rooms. A little pricey, but a nice vacation spot.โ
