โThis hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries.
Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced.

โAmazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. โ
โWas an overnight after a concert at the Ballroom. Perfect for this. Very nice porch area outside all the rooms to hang with friends. Fairly easy walk to venue (less than mile) with plenty places for food along way. Would recommend highly.โ

โWe had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. Iโm very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. Iโve stayed at when Iโve been to the Hampton Beach.โ
โCold ac , great view from balcony the rooms are on the smaller side and no coffee maker or microwave . Also no elevator but we would def stay again โ
