"Parking on site. Room was cozy, TV had Tubi, HDMI, good selection of things to watch! Tiny bathroom but plenty soap bars and products. Shower made loud noise but then stopped and water pressure was good / temperature was good. AC was nice. Microwave did not work properly and stopped every ten seconds. Overall clean and cozy, really enjoyed the bed. Would definitely stay again. Front desk was extremely accommodating and a pleasure! Made me a delicious cappuccino and an authentic Egyptian pastry was given to me! He was so sweet which is so rare and I really appreciated his professionalism. Absolutely amazing location, 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. I felt safe and pleased with this hotel. Also smelled very nice and clean which is also important to me. It definitely feels like they care! I definitely recommend a stay here. "

" this place should not be allowed to stay open....ceiling in bathroom falling apart, a/c noisy and burning smell when running. The sheets were dirty and not changed with several layers of sheets on the bed all filthy, and stains on the floor by each bed, plus over all room dirty and smelly...i left the day i checked in and moved to another hotel asked for the other day refund ,was denied...disquesting!"

"Never again! Blanket in room was dirty/not washed and needed to be replaced. We left for the day and they never replaced it.i had to contact them at night. Remote had no batteries so we had to contact them. From desk was non existent and had to call a cell fon phone for assistance"

"I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on. The bed came with a cover sheet and bed spread, but no quilt. The ad promised a partial water view but the room they gave only faced the parking lot. The room was clean and served it's purpose but if you think you're getting a good deal at this place, make sure they are giving you the room the promised and don't go if it is chilly outside."
