“The hotel itself feels a little tired, but the rooms have been fully refurbished and the beds are very comfortable. Our window only opened slightly, though a good floor fan was provided. Parking on-site is a big plus, and it’s an easy walk into town. Ambleside is absolutely gorgeous and well worth a visit.”
