“There wasn't a kitchen as advertised, but rather a microwave. There were pans but no stove to cook on. I bought the ingredients to make a stir fry thinking there were cooking facilities but I had to microwave them instead. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. “The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. ”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”
