"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location, especially if you are going on a cruise. They held our bags until check in. They have a business center so we were able to print our boarding passes. They also can arrange for airport and pier transportation (a huge plus!). ..."

Fairmont Olympic Hotel
"They had only one person at the reception. For a 5 star hotel that's not acceptable. Even 4 star hotels have multiple people at reception to assist their customers. Also they didn't have a trash can in their lobby, or by the valet parking, I had to carry the trash with me to the airport. Won't come ..."
