Dirty carpets and furniture. Bathroom smelled, water didn’t heat until 5 mins later. Valet parking didn’t know how to drive stick, I had to go downstairs to park the car myself.

I booked three rooms for the night before our cruise. We took the light rail from the airport at only $3 per person and was dropped off at the Westlake Center. The hotel is about 3 min. walk away. We found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the area around the hotel walkable and safe. They had a 12pm check out so we walked to Pikes Fish Market before returning to catch a shuttle to Pier 91 for our cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the ship for $10 per person. All in all it was a great choice of hotels.

We liked the room, it was clean roomy and had a nice bathroom set up. The Staff was great. Easy to walk to dining, coffee, Pike Place Market etc!!

The Staff! Great job LIna and co. We were there for 6 days and we felt like family. The rooms were nice. There are lots of close restaraunts. Walk was easy to Pike Place Market. Reasonably priced, centrally located.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The decor is lovely and up-to-date. The lobby is cozy and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable with nice bedding. I loved extra thoughtful touches such as a little shelf at the full length mirror (for holding jewelry or make-up for last minute applications) and the frosted window panels in the bathroom door. The elevator lobby on the guest floor had a console with an ice cooler holding ice bags to grab on your way to the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ambiance was very nice and comforting. Elevator being out of service was a minor inconvenience due to the fact of a small elevator moving many people constanly, the staircase was not convenient after floor 5 and could only take you outside.
