“The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge.”

“This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean.

“While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to.
In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations.
We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for.

“This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C...
