"Expensive stay but close to many restaurants and the concert venue I had tickets to. Had to pay for parking in the hotel's underground garage, which was $24 overnight. When in room, went to sit on sofa and found a dead bug on the cushion. Bathroom didn't have soap next to sink but a bottle mounted to wall that read "lotion" and was just lotion so had to use body wash from shower to wash hands. Breakfast cost over $20/person so we didn't eat at the hotel. Also found extra charge on credit card but got the run around when trying to call and find out what it was for. Wouldn't stay there again and would never recommend to my friends and family."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience overall. There were several basic amenities that I expected but were not provided—no complimentary breakfast and no WiFi included, which was disappointing. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. On top of that, the hotel seemed overwhelmed due to multiple events happening at the same time, which made the entire property feel chaotic and disorganized. Parking was one of the biggest issues. There was no complimentary parking, and I was charged $25 per car for two vehicles. I was then told I couldn’t pay for a third car (my sister-in-law’s) due to a two-car limit per room. However, the parking gate wasn’t functioning properly, so other guests were coming and going without paying. That made it especially frustrating to have paid around $50 while others parked for free due to system issues. Additionally, the condition of the room and property raised concerns. The bedding was torn, and the lighting fixtures appeared outdated with exposed or worn wiring, which honestly felt unsafe. The hallways were also noticeably dirty. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for the cost. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and considers making improvements—or offering some form of compensation for the experience."

"All in all a good stay. Hotel is convenient. Parking is easy and facilities are nice. Housekeep was a bit sloppy. They didn't replace the coffee and cups for the Keurig machine. Lids didn't fit the cups. Iron didn't work. Small stuff, but annoying in the moment."

"Parking was out in the main lot with a parking pass it was convenient not sure how secure. Staff was great. Breakfast was just okay for the price."

"Conveniently located near the metro, buses, and several very good food opportunities. Found a Peruvian restaurant, Pisco and Nazca, within walking distance, and good breakfast places. Would definitely consider this Hilton in the future."
