"Laundry room was filthy, to go food everywhere. No quarter machine, sign said to go to front desk but they never had any. Told to go to the arcade in the mall but they were closed. Booked this hotel mainly because it has an indoor pool. The hotel rents out the pool to some swimming class several hours a week on different days. Nowhere is that stated on Expedia or their hotel website. If I’m booking a hotel I should have access to all amenities or be informed on the closure. Arrived a few hours early and asked if we can pay to check in early. The morning front desk agent said yes but it will be another hour before I can get into the room. He gave us breakfast passes and we went to eat. When we came back about 45 min later he was gone for the day and the new front desk employee said she would get us to a room shortly. 5 hours later we still don’t have a room. The lady left for break and the manager came over to us and asked if we needed anything. I told him a room we were told we would get 5 hours ago and he said no problem. He didn’t know why they didn’t check us in but said he would figure it out. Never heard from him the rest of the 3 day stay. Last day at 9:15 am, and hour and 45 min before checkout a person opened the door while knocking to clean the room. She walked in on my 16 year old son changing in the room. I love Hilton properties, but the need to pull their name off this location. "

"One of the worse hotel experiences I ever had - it was one unpleasant surprises after another- from broken elevator we had to carry all our belongings to the 4th floor & the concierge never had the decency to announce it, nor apologized for the inconvenience. They’ve advertised for free parking online while throw you with a fee for parking at their facility. The price advertised on Travelocity website was a truce about the actual motel was charging- Besides the rooms, hallways & stairways was dirty , old lapiidated. Their linens bedding were ripped, wrinkled & untidy. On top of it all, there were no hotwater to take showers. I was so disappointed "

"The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!"

"Muy mala experiencia las maquinas de hielo no trabajan me mandaron al super 7 mas cercano, teniamos un evento y necesitabamos la plancha , tampoco servia , no habia agua caliente, teniamos que estar llamando para que llegaran arreglarla, la TV sin control, tambien llamamos para que llevaran uno, hasta el siguiente dia me llevaron la plancha, pedimos la limpieza nos dijeron que solo estaba disponible entresemana , lsabado y domingo no hay limpieza. Realmente muy decepcionante el servicio y las intalaciones pesimas. No lo recomiendo."

"The room was very nice and tidy and had all the necessary workspace for me to work while traveling for a conference. The Cooper’s Mill had great tasting food and coffee."
